Cancelation Policy.
At Rinse Luxury Salon, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all of our clients' needs. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and fairness to both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancelation policy:
48-Hour Cancelation or Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Cancelation Fees & Refund Details
Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. This amount is non-refundable, however, our salon offers a one-week window wherein we will offer adjustments. We appreciate your understanding of the impact last-minute changes can have on our salon and our stylists.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full price of the service(s) booked will be charged.
